Straighten Up to Ease the Pain

Let’s face it: haven’t you ever felt sore after sitting for a long time? You might be slouching and practicing poor posture, which could affect your health.

By slouching, you are straining your muscles and bones. When this happens, pressure builds up in the shoulders and the neck, which could trigger a constant tightening in the back and neck, which in turn causes headaches. Headaches derived from poor posture are also related to neck-related pain and tension-type headaches.

To reduce headaches caused by bad posture, simply straighten up. Sit in a relaxed, comfortable manner without compromising your health to make the pain go away.
