Natural Headache Cures

Aspirins and other pharmaceutical drugs are way too overrated these days. If you’ve got a throbbing headache and you don’t want to pop a pill, there are several alternative means to get relief. These are quite easy to prepare, particularly since some of which may already be found in your kitchen.

One such treatment may be found in peppermint oil. For only $6, you can apply this oil on your forehead and the back of your neck. This immediately decreases the inflammation brought about by your condition.

Drinking ginger tea is another way of alleviating your headaches. Almost every kitchen has an available ginger root ready to be chopped and boiled. But in this case, you will only need an inch of the root. It is said that this brew has the same effects as that of one aspirin. Only in this case, you don’t have to take medication.

Other alternative treatments come in the form of capsaicin cream, cayenne peppers and of course, water. Never underestimate what you already have. You never know when the best treatment for your headache might just be right in front of you.
