It is just normal for people to want to look good, or at the very least, presentable. Proper grooming is the key to this, and that involves maintaining and fixing the hair. There’s nothing particularly wrong when it comes to beautifying your mane, but keep in mind that wearing hair accessories could lead to your having a headache.
Wearing hair accessories too tightly puts pressure on the head and can strain the scalp’s connective tissue, which will then result in what is called a ‘hairdo headache’. Tight ponytails and braids can also trigger this effect. As for men, don’t think that this is not applicable to you. Wearing caps, hats, and other headgear tightly can also lead to headaches.
If you want to lessen and avoid the agony of headaches caused by hair or head accessories, letting your hair down can be a simple way to do so. Going easy on the accessories can save you a lot of trouble.
