If you’ve tried almost every migraine relief there is and yet none effectively worked in providing long lasting relief for your condition, then this latest breakthrough will definitely be good news for you!
Experts from the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah recently came up with an alternative way to prevent triggers from happening among migraine sufferers. They developed a pair of tinted glasses specifically created for migraine patients. The glasses help prevent migraines by blocking the wavelengths of lights that would normally trigger an onset. According to Dr. Brad Katz, one of its creators, the thick, form-fitting frame that houses the lenses is what keeps the eyes safe from any ambient light. The frame is also specially designed to be lightweight so that patients don’t feel any pressure against their face or temples. By protecting their eyes from the harmful rays of both natural and artificial lights with these glasses (as shown above), patients can lessen their risks of migraine onsets.
If the glasses pass all clinical trials that will be conducted to gauge its efficacy, this will benefit thousands of pregnant and young migraineurs who can’t take pharmaceutical drugs for migraine relief.
